Payment Terms

ALL THE PAYMENT HAS TO BE MADE IN FAVOR OF GR CUSTOMS THROUGH CHEQUE, DRAFT, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, SWIFT TRANSFER. WE DON’T ACCEPT CASH PAYMENT.

 

Please note:-

 

  • The payment has to be made fully before dispatching the vehicle from the workshop.
  • No credit will be given for any vehicle in any condition whatsoever.
  • No loan facility available with us.
  • The customer has to check the vehicle completely and satisfy it before it leaves from our workshop. No, any claim will be entertained thereafter.

 

Disclaimer:

Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall only be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Amritsar.

Cancellation Policy:

 

  • If the deal is canceled from clients end at the initial stage of work, the payment of 50000/-(Fifty thousand only) will not be refunded at any cost as it will be kept with the company to cover the company loss.
  • Once the project is started the cancellation is not be entertained at any cost and no payment will be refunded
  • If the deal is canceled from the company end, the total payment made by the customer will be refunded. Neither Extra payment nor any interest will be given for the said amount.
  • The repayment time of the payment from company end will be 2 working months.
